You’ll get up-close, intensive woodworking instruction taught in small classes by the the world’s best woodworkers, including Marc Adams, Kevin Boyle, Andy Chidwick, Jim Heavey, Bob Hunter, Terry Moore, John Olson, Craig Ruegsegger, Brian Simmons, George Vondriska, and more.

Customize your own class schedule from more than 30 topics for all skill levels: cabinetmaking, project design, joinery, hand- and power-tool skills, finishing, turning, and more. Class sizes are purposely limited to encourage student/teacher interaction.

Sessions will be held not in some dainty hotel ballroom, but right where WE make sawdust: the shops and offices at WOOD magazine’s world headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. Ample seating and large video screens in each class help you see the tiniest details of each presentation.

This year’s event also features an optional Saturday evening dinner and presentation by Tom MacDonald of PBS’ Rough Cut Woodworking with Tommy Mac!
