Cartersville, GA, March 25, 2021 – NewStar Adhesives announces the completion of their move to a new manufacturing facility located at 66 Gilreath Road SE in Cartersville, Georgia. The 30,000 sf facility includes state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities for their line of specialty adhesives. The new plant is capable of producing high quality industrial grade adhesives in a wide range of sizes from aerosol spray cans to 300lb pressurized canisters and from 1 gallon cans to 55 gallon drums. The plant is designed to be scalable to meet the company’s growth needs for years to come.

The new facility has enabled NewStar to improve its already strong quality and service levels. Since opening, 100% of its orders have shipped within 5 days with returns at less than 2/10ths of 1 percent — the best in the industry. This performance is made possible by the experienced team of manufacturing professionals that NewStar has recruited, many of whom have deep roots in the specialty adhesives industry for over 25 years.

“After last year’s pandemic-induced pause, NewStar is back on its double-digit growth track,” says Leonard Gilman, VP of Sales. “This growth is driven by new product and new market initiatives mainly in North America.” Gilman expects the company to grow more than 20% above its pre-pandemic levels in 2021.
